On safari ( on my mac) my address bar moved over, and the refresh button, and add to bookmark button are after it, and the back and forward btutons disappared. How do I make it so the refresh and add button are before the address bar, and get my back and forward buttons back?

Open Safari and click on the Help TAB to read the tutorials, etc. There is a whole section that explains how to customize the tool bars. Also, check in Preferences.
