Ok, this should be easy. For your desktop, right click on an empty area and choose "Properties". Now click the "Appearance" tab and then set your Font size at the bottom of this window.
Now click the "Settings" tab. Here you can increase or decrease the "Resolution" settings. But be advised, if you change the resolution, everything will get either larger or smaller.
Next, to set the Font size in web pages, click "View" and then "Text Size".
That should do it.

This is simpler than you think. All you have to do is to right click anywhere on your desktop.
Select "Properties" from where the menu that will appear. Click on the "Appeareance" tab and at the bottom you will see options for "Font Sizes."
There are three available options i.e. Normal, Large, Extra Large. Select any one of them.
Press "Apply" and click OKAY.
Regards,
Eddie

go to the control panel then click on the display then click on the appearance tab then search around for the font size check if it's set to normal
if it is already set to normal then go to the settings tab and move the little arrow to little or less resolution the more resolution the littler everything gets the less resolution the bigger everything gets

If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, then hold down on the 'ctrl' key when in your internet browser and scroll up and down using the scroll wheel.
