Looking for a downloadable bill payment scheduler?

trying to find a free program. I want to be able to schedule all my bills on. Can anyone help?

If you have a bank account with on-line access, you already have a bill scheduling program that you don't have to download.

Have you tried Money 2007 from MSN? It's kind of a catch all for budgeting and bill payment schedules.
