Omg!! That is way gross!! I am a 30 year old woman. I have very nice sized breasts (36c). This guy's nipple area is much bigger than mine are. This guy is excessively overweight. That is why he has man boobs. He needs to go on a serious diet and he needs to start exercising on a daily basis. It is going to be hard for him to get laid when his breasts are probably going to be bigger than the chick he is trying to hook up with at the time. Anyone that tells you that your chest is ok is either completely blind or they are trying to avoid hurting your feelings. I know that if a guy was trying to get down my pants and he took off his clothes and I saw that, I would put my clothes back on and run out of the room as fast as possible and never look back. If I am going to sleep with a man that has man boobs, I might as well sleep with a woman.

If that is a picture of a male, then he has gynecomastia. Weight loss can reduce the size, but cosmetic surgery is the commonest, most effective and most permanent fix.
Slang term used by body builders is 'b i t c h t i t s'. Tbigz has this problem really bad.
