of course its the "master blaster" Sanath Teran Jayasuriya.
Currently he holds the record for most sixers in ODI (241 sixes) and he has a S/R of 90.58. That of course implies that he's a hard hitter.
Also he's taken 295 ODI wickets (5 wickets in a match for 4 times and 4 wickets in a match for 6 times) and 114 catches.
So...obeviously he's the best hard hitting allrounder at the moment.

there are only few all rounders like
flintoff ,kallis, Jayasuriya, Vass, Pollock
but i go for sanath Jayasuriya .
he is amazing .
he has been hitting the most sixers,
the most charismatic crickter in world cricket.

Sanath Jayasuriya has the most sixes in cricket but he is not a bowler, Shahid Afridi has the second most sixes and he is bowler so I think it is Shahid Afridi. If we consider Jayasuriya as a bowler then it is Jayasuriya first and then Afridi...
