What is the minory rationale in this particular case? I am working on a case study of Microsoft Corp. v. AT&T Corp. The case was decided on April 30, 2007.

The minority rationale is the philosophy used by the minority. Basically when you have a rule, there is a minority and a majority philosophy both for and against the rule. Read the decision carefully and you will find it. It is easier to spot than you could imagine.
