Shell Rotella-T has better lubricity than synthetics at about 1/2 the price.

mobil 1 full synthetic 5w30 is the best oil to use.

r u speaking of moter oil????if so i always use mobil 1 performance on my heavily tuned 1999BMW 528i and it runs GREAT..plus it is the official oil used in all the nascar cars..and is synthentic

on the oil filler cap it should tell you what weight oil is recommend, also in the owners manuel
