Sure you can, but it will probably be an illegal copy. You will not be able to update it. You won't be able to install any of the service packs, and you won't be able to download any "Security" patches.

You can get and OEM copy for around $90 from many of the online computer stores, so why not be legal and not have to worry.

You can probably find a pirated copy to download (limewire, bearshare), but it will be full of spyware and viruses.

no not unless it is a pirated copy which will only bring you all kinds of gloom and doom to your system,and possibly a very harsh reaction from microsoft if they catch you.
