Iam the current owner of a law office in Madison Wisconsin called Personal Consultants Corporation my web site is personalconsultantsinc.zoomshare.com any ways law school is not fun if you like to party you will not have much time to do that to master law school but at the end you will make a lot of money I would recommend that you take some time to volunteer at a local law office to see if that is the type of career you really want to do because it is hard work and you would get to see what attorney,s go throw with client and what not any ways I hop this will help you with your question.
if you would like to send a email to me you can at personalconsultantsinc@zoomshare.com or huntington666@yahoo.com.

Well, the first thing you need to know about being a lawyer is that you have to be incredibly literate and articulate (and stuff).
Many would suggest a undergrad degree in History. With all of the reading and writing papers required for this BA, it serves as a great basis for a post grad education like law, especially with all of the complex written legal interpretations you have to deal with in law.
Secondly, you need a BA with a very high GPA, at least 3.5 + with some really good scores on your GRE to even think about getting into law school.
Third, if you come from a family (mom or pop) that went to law school (think Kennedys and Harvard) you might just get into a good one.
Lastly, you need an attitude in which you could actually suck blood from a turnip!

Yes. You sacrifice your self-respect, any moral values you ever had, and any shred of common decency or humanity you ever thought you had. It's a profession wherein you take advantage of people in trouble, or in misery by charging them outlandish 'fees' for something nothing more than 'filling in the blanks'. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't.
