Her doctor told her to take it easy, because she could have a miscarriage. My wife is six months pregnant. She has been nausaus most of the time, but now the nausua has eased off. Could this be a sign of a miscarriage?

I'm not a doctor but the nausea easing up is usually a good sign. I was nauseated through my first couple of trimesters and finally the onset of the last trimester it eased up tremendously. Just tell your wife to take it easy, follow the doctor's orders and just continue to relax and not get stressed out. I'm sending you both best wishes your way. Congrats and good luck with a healthy happy baby.

You don't have miscarriages at 6 months usually. By that time it's considered a stillbirth. Nausea does not necessarily mean something is wrong. Some women have morning sickness all day everyday throughout the entire pregnancy. I'd ask the doc exactly why they think she's in trouble.

The best thing you can do to alleviate any fears you're having is to seek out a doctor as soon as possible.

Sorry if this was not what you were seeking, but I feel that it is the best answer I could give without a medical background.

Nausea? No, this is just a part of pregnancy. Don't scare her by thinking such things. Be positive.
