I like 'em both actually. been a good while since I've played snooker. Not many folks even know what that really is around here.

Ms Jane,
I went to college in Canada. Prior to attending school I lived in the US and played pool decently. Comes snooker - man what a tough game! The Canadians would whip me every time! With practice I improved but I was a mediocre player. Pool - different story - I could win at least half the games I played. So - - POOL!

Pool is a game similar to snooker that was made easy so Americans could play it.

first a game of snooker and then pool because it's much easier to pot the pool balls after playing on the larger table.

Pool all the way, its fast and exciting. Snooker is fun but it can become tedious.
