How do I fix the hot water pressure in my kitchen faucet?

The cold water pressure is fine. The water pressure everywhere else is also fine. I figure I'm going to take the faucet apart but thought I'd ask first.

...also, the shut-off valves are fully open under the sink.

If the hot water pressure is all right every where else the problem could be between the supply valve under the sink and the faucet. Shut the valve off. Then disconnect the supply line at the valve get a rag and bucket and open valve slightly. If pressure is adequate reconnect line. Then disconnect the supply line at top connection and open valve slightly,if pressure is alright problem has to be in faucet assembly.The first place to look is at the washer or cartridge for debri or any thing that. may lodge in the small orifices.If still no clue disconnect supply at faucet and blow compressed air through faucet.This should get it. Before you do any of this remove your faucet aerator/strainer and check pressure without it.It may be that simple.
