I worked for them for 7 years, and then I came to realize that I was lonely, in bad shape, almost no friends left, travelling and working 24 hours a dayincluding weekends. If you think you are going to make it to Partnership...no...it is not based on what you accomplish but simply on politics.

And then if ou look at partners, their sons have to go to deep therapy, they are often divorced and come to work on weekends....

I know I got the best experience ever with them...but maybe sucked that in for too long.

Could you guys tell me if you had the same experience?

Everyone I know that worked for PWC had a similar experience, but that is why their salaries were so high.

On the bright side, you should be able to land a great job with a regional CPA firm after 7 years at PWC
