sounds like endometriosis. have you talked to your dr. about it? the only way to get a sure diagnosis for that is laporscopic surgery, and even then there's no permanant fix for it. an intiinflamitory like aleve helps, especially if you start taking it a few days before you start. also, being on birthcontrol can help, but it can take time to find the right pills for you.

Cramps are basically the Uterus contracting in a way to assist the shedding of the walls, a similar but far severe comparison may be made to labour throughout childbirth....to experience severe cramps through menstruation sounds serious! You should seek the advice of professionals.

I don't know. I just know that we do. I have found that plenty of water and plenty of exercise helps, really. When your cramps are so bad that you feel like rolling up into a little ball, don't. Force yourself to get up and go for a walk. They'll last a lot longer if you don't. Also, avoid chocolate. That seems to make them worse too.

It's part of life. Hormonal changes are harder on some women. As you get older it tends to get better. As a young woman I was very incommoded but after I had my child it became easier to deal with.

I've found that drinking lots of fluids like water helps reduce cramps .try it you may be suprised

I've always found that eating spicy food during my period make the craps worse! so try avoiding that see if it helps!!

if youre cramping as if you are about to die, do sit-ups./crunches or remain active..if you sit around or sleep it off..its going to hurt worse...i learned this in my athletics class in high school..just remain active!
