My biggest source of stress is my job and my medical bills but I can easily forget about those. The biggest thing that gets me through the day at work when everything is just going really wrong is what my boyfriend always tells me when I get upset about stuff. He looks me in the eye and says "f*ck 'em, who cares, I love you and that's all that matters." So I just remember that there are more important things in my life than my job or my bills and stressing over them will not make the situation any better.

My current stress is money and the alck of ti and the fact that there's stuff I need to pay but I don't know how and that job's are scarce at th moment where I live. So there's no real way of changing it for a very long time.

I'm in a long distance relationship. I guess I could end the relationship, but I think that would only change the type of stress I'm feeling. My other option is to move closer to him, but I'm waiting before I seriously consider that.

My job.. working full time and getting crap from my manager because I need a few vacation hours this month to take my kids to the Dr. for school physicals.
My job ... they changed our heath insurance to a crappy plan that I am going to have to pay an outrageous amount.
No.. there is no way to change it quickly.

The management at my job. The task level people are lovely, but the management is the type who can't manage so they threaten, bully, whine, insinuate and argue with each other in front of their employees.
It's really like being a play ground monitor for a bunch of really badly behaved children.

you make your stress.. it you.. i get up tight when i drive.. i have road rage.. I do this to me.. i need to let it go.. my wife tell me this all the time do I no.. i chose to keep the stress.. work and the people i work with.. i keep the stress i don't laugh it off.. i put it on my self.. my wife she takes it clam and OK.. i just cant.. but she helps me to let it go by making me laugh like if we are in traffic and i mad she will make me see how sill it is that we are all gunning for the light just to sit there. that is silly.. she is this way about bills too.. she say we will cut what we can and save if we can and we will pay all we can.. we do with out and she calls and talk to the people we cannot.. i get stressed.. that why i have the heart attracts.. more than one people you put the stress on yourself and if you don't figure out how to cope you will die

Being homeless with no source of income but I don't ask for anything from anybody so things are good. Sooner or later a job might come my way.

Work & money. Bad boss with a wicked temper and not enough pay to make it worthwhile. Looking for something new! But...it won't be quick or end soon enough.
