Too hard to answer because there is no one band or singer who are the best of all time.
Musician wise, the most gifted band were Cream (Jack Bruce, Eric Clapton & Ginger Baker) but then others would then say its The Beatles or Led Zeppelin.
The best singer to me was Aretha Franklin but others would mention Elvis & Frank Sinatra.
