I've never had sex (but I masturbate everyday) but recently I developed a red sore/blister on my penis. It is painful to the touch. It appears to have gotten bigger overnight. What should I do?

If you are a chronic masturbater then it is a friction sore or could be an ingrown hair. However, if this is not the case get it checked out right away.

It's possibly due to friction from masturbation, although if you have any issues at all with acne (I'm assuming you are a teen) it is possible to get the occasional pimple on your penis.
Lay off the masturbation for a few days, use a basic first aid cream. If it goes away, great. If it gets worse or you get additional sores, see a doctor right away.
And remember, once you've got things cleared up, start using a lubricant when you masturbate!

You need to go to the doctor cause you could have easy contracts something. Depending on what you do. Note to self You don't just catch std's by having sex. You can get and pass STDs through vaginal, anal, or oral sex. Trichomoniasis can also picked up from contact with damp or moist objects such as towels, wet clothing, or a toilet seat, if the genital area gets in contact with these damp objects. Some STDs cause no symptoms. But STDs can still be passed from person to person even if there are no symptoms.

Give up masturbation for a week, and see if the sore goes away. If it doesn't then see a doctor.

Not to worry. it will go away on its own, but dont masturbate for a week or so. vigorous masturbation can cause a bleed under the skin..
