Which one is better overall? Both gonna be same price 266 dollar in july 22.

Depends on what you are doing. The basic difference is faster speed (E6850) verus more cores (Q6600). If you are mainly doing stuff that is multithreaded, 3D rendering, video editing, etc. or you are doing extreme multi-tasking (3 or more processor intensive tasks at once) then the Q6600 is better. For gaming, or just general computer use (typing, surfing, email) then the E6850 will be better.
