TOMTOM password HELP!!!!?

i have forgotten my password for my TOMTOM 710 and i do not know what to do, i dont have a username on TOMTOM so i can't ask them. I also do not have no proof or purchase and i chucked the box away a long time ago. WHAT DO I DO!!!

I had a similar problem when I accidentally deleted an executable file on my new 910 (a grey import via ebay & no warranty). I contacted TomTom and they said if it needed repait I'd have to pay. I agreed and sent it off. 2 days later it came back with a note saying drive reflashed no fault found. And they didn't charge me a penny!
