well on mythbusters they says you cant get shocked on the "3rd rail" of a train track unless you asre standing liek 6 inches away so i think the same thing applys here. you pee splits into droplets as it falls so the electric current cant get to you

It was proven on mythbusters(discovery channel) that if you pee on an electric fence in a continues stream that you can get enough of a shock to make you jump away since urine can conduct some electricity.

Think you would have to b e touching it to get a shock, mind in saying that when I was a toddler I stuck a metal knitting needle in the bar of the electric fire while it was on I never got a shock but did blow all the lights and sockets in the house..

As a female it would be difficult for me to do it, but I have heard of a guy doing it and evidently he got a shock from it. He was probably touching the wire fence when he did it though.

Nikki nailed it. You have to be close enough for a solid stream between you and the fence. Thing is, (for men, at least) is after about a foot, the stream breaks up and can't carry an electrical current.

Yes you most certainly do . I experienced this when i was about 15 and did not know it was a electric fence . It was pain full and made a lasting impression on me.
