Jesus Christ is the confidence giver. He is also the Law-giver and so many wonderful things to us. Keep your head up and on your shoulders with confidence by keeping your eyes and ears on Jesus. Read the Bible, God's Holy Word daily. Fill yourself with love, hope and confidence that only Christ can give.

Reading real life stories about people overcoming adversities always helps and give some vital clues to solve or at least bear your problems with fortitude. If you are religious, pray to God to give you strength to tide over this rough patch in life. At the same time do some serious thinking and planning to come out of the mess..........SElf-esteem is a very good tool of self preservation.

I know it can be hard. I have a chronic illness, and have problems with that at times, but I always try to use self confirmation. Your good, your a good person, youll be fine, your pretty, your smart. I still try to care for myself, make sure AI find some outlet, laugh daily, talk to others. we all get the blues. What you need to figure out, is this a funk, or somthing thatmay be long lasting and chronic. if it may be chronic deppression, you may need to see a doctor and try a mild anti deppresent, and see if it helps. millions of americans do, theres no shame. In fact I think more are now on them than not. Just always keep your head up, and dont apologize for who you are. you are you, be proud of you, and be the strong smart person, you know you are.

This may sound cliche, but take things "one day at a time". Bad times and hardship are not what defines a person, so always keep that in mind when you are feeling down.
Know and be proud of who you are and rely on your strong inner foudation to get through these hard times.
Oddly enough, I heard a phrase in the Disney movie "Mulan" that I always found interesting, and I remind myself of it each time I feel the way you do. It goes:
"The flower that blooms in adversity is the rarest and most beautiful flower of all."
Now, that might be a little corny depending on where you come from, but it always seems to make sense when I need it most.
Hope things get better for you soon.

i dont believe so much in self esteem. but i really do think that if things are not on track in your life just take every thing easy and pledge not to endure whats wrong just support truth and justice. that's far better than keeping up your self esteem.
