No I wouldn't give him a strawberry but then again if you teach your kids manners in the first place then it wouldn't matter.

There is a very simple solution to that. You say to the child "What do you say?" and if they stubbornly refuse to say please, then they can scream all they want. But they don't get the strawberry.

Probably not.I'll tell him to say please.Then I'll torture the kid a bit more for being a brat.Then their parents would yell at me for making them scream.

i have to yes i would gave the strawberry.. how many times do we ask each other?.. i tell my wife give me one or reach out and take one.. does my wife hit me or tell me no.. no she does not she laugh and jokes.. if a child see this then they too do this.. there are times that it ok to just give.. don't make life so hard..
