It would look like the pretty blue marble seen from the moon in the 60s and 70s - thru a telescope. It would always be a very bright blue star without a telescope. Venus and earth have similar reflectivity with clouds and water and they are about the same size and they are reciprocal in distance from each other so Earth would only be slightly dimmer because of the slightly greater distance from the sun.

Earths moon would also look like another Mercury from Venus because they are about the same size. (mercury and our moon that is). What would be impressive is how far away our moon is from earth. It would trail 1/4 million miles then shoot ahead 1/2 million miles in just two weeks. This would be a dance visible naked eye. No other planet would even come close to this show.

I guess Earth would look like a small Star/White Light. Just like Venus and Mars look to us from Earth. I not think the clouds would make a difference.

I will add this, we may assume Earth be more defined than the picture, but, from the size of Venus compared to Earth, I assume Earth would look much the same.
Venus is only slightly smaller than Earth (95% of Earth's diameter, 80% of Earth's mass).
Distance from Earth is about 32 million miles?

Venus from Earth, to the untrained eye, looks simply like a bright star in the night sky. Now assuming you can see through Venus's atmosphere and knowing that Earth and Venus are almost of equivalent mass, I would say that Earth would look the same from Venus as Venus from Earth. That is, a bright 'star'.

Probably not as bright as Venus is seen from Earth.

The term "albedo" is used to guage the reflectance of a spatial body not generating any light of its own. the earth's albedo varies from 0.37 to 0.39. the albedo of Venus is 0.65.

So, with a greater reflectance and a closer proximity to the Sun, the source of light, Earth's reflectance would be off the mark, inspite of some "Full Earth" views from Venus.

I imagine it would look much like the way venus looks from earth, a rather bright point of light that appears regularly in the sky almost nightly.

I wouldn't worry about it if I were you, if the gravitaional forces didn't crush u like a bug (6 times more then on earth) the sulferic acid would eat you alive as the rest of you melts because of the 800 degree temps that could melt lead
