1924 Washington Senators---their only World Series win.

The 1933 Senators also made the World Series, but lost to the New York Giants.

And that was it!

They won in 1924 with Walter Johnson. Thats the only time they ever won it before the left Washingston. They lost the next year because the manager was stupid and left Johnson in for 11 innings and he gave up 10 runs or something.

Looking up I see my bud J. Yes I hear all of the Yankees bashers say that they haven't won one this century but they will, its just a matter of when. The twins won one in 1924 to answer GP's question.

They won one, in 1924. It was a big one, because most people by then thought Walter Johnson was going to go his whole career without a title. He was 36 by the time he finally won.

I prefer to look at recent history, like how many titles have the Yankees won this century. When the White Sox have more, you know something good is going on!
