i am useing usa canon remanufactured inks.

It's the cheap cartridges I'm afraid.

Assuming some of your cartridges aren't empty, one or more of the jets (ink nozzles) is probably plugged.

Read The Friendly Manual (RTFM) for your printer, in the trouble shooting section.

A tinted picture usually means one or more of your color cartridges are running out of ink or are clogged.

Green is running out.
