you must be talking about those spam emails in your mail box. Ask yourself a simple question. Have you ever bought any of those related lottery ticket?No? then how can you be the winner?

If you have purchased the lottery ticket, then check with your ticket number. Without purchasing lottery ticket, if you are the winner!, then it may be fraud one.
