The minor league record is 72 by Joe Bauman, but he did that in Class C ball.

Joe Bauman hit 72 in a season of minor league baseball in 1954. He played for the Roswell Rockets that year. However, while this is the minor league home run record, I do not know for certain if it is the Triple A record.
