the band singing "i want you to want me" when the end credits were being shown is letters to cleo. during the prom scene, the band singing is save ferris.

If you mean the one at the club (and at the roof top at the end) --> Letters to Cleo
But if you meant the band at the school prom --> Save Ferris

I liked that movie. I've seen it about a million times. My favorite part is when Kat dances at the party.
