Tomorrow I will receive my confirmation letter after my 3 months probation at this new job. During the second interview conducted by the big boss himself, he told me once Ive been confirmed he ll increase my pay by a 100.
If supposedly I receive my letter tomorrow and nothing is stated about the increament, should I personally talk to boss abt it?
I dont wanna be seen as a money mindedindividual, I wanna be seen as an asset to the company and who takes pride in her job. Ive never been good discussing abt salary or increament.
Should I ask for it or shd I keep quiet and continue to work hard to prove to him that Im deserving of a salary increament?

yes... if u dnt see any increment on that confirmation letter then u need 2 speak 2 r boss & remind him abt ur previous verbal agreement
its not abt money but its d agreement... he shld b a man of his word!

nope, wait for ur next check for the week after the letter date, then ask if its not there.
