Population of England today = 50.7 million
Scotland = 5.0 million
Republic of Ireland = 4.2 million
Wales = 2.9 million
Northern Ireland = 1.7 million
Allowing for emigration, immigration and internal migration, the English still account for 80% of the peoples above.

Does it really matter? I would say though that it'd have to be English as the population is much larger than the rest of the others anyway.

English, simply because we have a much larger population than the other nations and no other reason.
