Yes I do! I think that anyone who hurts another person should be hurt the same way. If a person kills another person, then they should be killed the same way. If this was applied to all violent criminals, you'd see violent crime decrease about 90%!

If the punishment doesn't fit the crime, it isn't really punishment for the crime.
House arrest is a joke, meted out for crimes as heinous as home invasion, or beating senior citizens for their pension cheques.
Without more realistic punishment, the police may as well hang up their guns and stay home.

the punishment should fit the crime but each goverment of each country have messed up the humen rights upside down

some criminals could take a less punishment because they have money and others can get the hardest punishment because they don't have money

that is a slide of the truth :D

What your suggesting is that we should install the death penalty and start executing again only, all criminals that shot and knife people. That would be hundreds of executions a year.
I don't agree with this, it's inhumane, it's criminal in itself and immature thinking.
