I tell them I'm leaving, or they tell me they are leaving. But I don't have to get permission, just a baby sitter if I want to go ride my harley with someone besides my little girl.

If I want to go out, I ask them for suggestions, listen to their opinions and decide if I agree or not. If I face any resistance in their behaviour or they're not up to my needs, I go out by myself.
