Change the printer settings to defaults to the factory settings and even if the problem dosent solve then go settings and there is a option called as uni and bir direction printing opton disable the one option.

I assume you mean the head goes across twice per line on this DOT MATRIX printer. (That's for everyone about to answer as if it's an inkjet)

Turn off the NLQ or LQ option, set it to normal or draft.

It will not print lots faster, but at a lower quality

Restore the printer settings to factory settings from the Printer setup menu.

This is should me fix the issue.
