There are several different rankings of universities around the world. The most famous is probably the Shanghai university ranking system. That is easy to find with an online search.
Both the US and the UK have rankings for the universities in their countries. The UK system is done by the Times newspaper and the US system is done by the US News magazine.
If you just do an online search for the term "college ranking" you will get lots of information. Also, I think Wikipedia has a prettty long entry on this topic.

Levels of what? Do you mean rankings? To date, no one has done a comprehensive ranking of universities on a global scale.
