There is a missing parameter to get a definite answer - like the total number of employees.

Else It can be anything such as 9 men, 1 woman and 10 children
or 8 men, 3 women and 10 children, and so on.

It could be any combibnation to reach $100. For example:

5 men = $50
8 women = $40
20 children = $10
Total $100

This can be varied in dozens of combinations so you need to add another limiting fact like the total number of employees. Then a calculation can be made based on that using the remuneration to do so.

Let X = total employees
Let .5x = children
Let 5x = women
Let 10x= men
set all = to 100

100 = .5x + 5x + 10x
100 = 15.5x

Then do the math
