When they insist on cheap illegal labor, and the consequential wage cuts for legal workers?

It always amazes me how every politician you ask is opposed to illegal immigration but no matter what party is in power, nothing gets done about it. Every time the issue comes up the controlling party blames the minority for blocking the bill and accuses them of caving to special interests. But it all goes back to money. No one wants to cut off their campaign financers and no one wants to offend their constituents. So they all talk tough about immigration but none of them do anything about it. It has been the same for the last 20 years, and thats just how long I can reliably recount from memory. It probably goes back much farther. Democrat president, Republican president, Democrat Congress, Republican Congress, on this issue it is always the same. It has nothing to do with corporate masters it is just playing politics and both parties play it the same way. So quit the partisan finger pointing, It gets old.

I'm a republican and I don't believe in your corporate masters, but I have thought about this. When politicians from both sides say that we NEED the cheap labor, and that illegal immigrants do jobs that Americans won't do, it makes Americans sound like fat lazy stuck up slobs that won't lift a finger to help themselves. I admit I know some people like that, but I know more Americans who have worked hard all their lives to make life for their families better, and not caring what the job is. What the politicians (both sides) really mean is that illegal immigrants do work that Americans won't do for less than half of minimum wage. Corporations that take advantage of this are criminal and un-American, and should be punished. Politicians (both sides) that support criminal corporations should be booted out of office.

Not at all, the RNC uses moral values to hook the gullible citizens in and then gives everything to corporate america and the rich. It is amazing how the average person could actually vote against his future or his childrens' future. How can all of you single issue (abortion) christians support a war and a president that is so corrupt that he may be the first president this century to actually convicted and of high crimes and crimes against society.

This question is really phrased in the form of an insult to a political party that was founded by abolitionists that wanted to free the slaves.

Not that they are tiring of them, the money is too good.

Every decision that our government makes (on both sides of the party line) had a dollar value assigned to it somewhere... you only have to follow the money.
