Take them to an employment tribunal.

I had a situation like this when I was made redundant from a job - I got a big redundancy pay out, but there was also a "bonus" missing, from 6 months previous, for volunteering to help pilot a new system along with most other members of the admin team, (who had received theirs a few months before!)

So I filled in the details, sent it all off, and the company were given their chance to respond to the allegations.

Shock horror - The court date was set and then I got a letter from my old company, which said the usual pleasant greetings and then (this made me laugh) " whilst we would question the basis of your assertions, we have decided it would be in everyone's best interest if we accede. Therefore please find enclosed a cheque for £XXXX in final settlement of this matter"

If it's your money, you're legally entitled to it. But don't go to a lawyer unless they do it on a no win no fee basis, and read all the small print before you sign anything.

Employment Tribunal is my advice, and you can do this off your own back (as I did!)

Good luck!

I actual have by no skill heard of an employment contract (or any regulation) that assured that 2 administration workers could be paid precisely the comparable. it is completely between you and the organization. curiously the different supervisor is worth extra funds to the organization.
