Hi. Is there anyone who uses skype for windows and is it any good.Thinking of getting it but not sure where to start and what i need. Any info please..THANKS.

Skype is great, use it to talk to friends and family round the world.
If you want to avoid using speaker and mic on normal setup and have a seperate system JUST for skype, get a USB Skype phone/headset, plug in agter installing drivers, then simply set skype to use that audio device, but to ring PC speaker.

Skype is, in my opinion, the best messenger for audio conferences. It feels like you have the person sitting next to you rather than at their house. You need speakers and a microphone. The interface is really easy to use.
