No. And having your period does not mean that you have stopped growing. You will continue to grow until you are in your early 20s. milk is good for bone strength so don't stop drinking it and exercise is good for your general health.

Aw I hate to tell you this but how tall you are going to be is as predetermined by genetics as hair and eye color.
( I'm 5'2 and I once asked a doctor that myself!)

The only thing that could make a person grow is injecting the human growth hormone and good luck getting your hands on some of that!

edited to add:

Good nutrition cannot make you taller but bad nutrition can make you shorter!

( I just double checked my answer)

Invest in some pointy toed heels they make you look taller.

And keep up the exercise and milk drinking it's good for you no matter what!

Milk very slightly increases the overall tencil strength of your bones by placing mineral deposits in your bones. If you wish to grow taller you must also eat protien in order to let your muscles grow along with your bones. Growth is a slow proccess, if your lucky you'll grow 2 inces every 5 years.

Once we are born, we continue to grow and develop until the completion of our genetic growth cycle. At this point our genetic program tells us to stop growing. Nutrition can have profound effects on ones final growth stature though along with other variables such as lifestyle and exercise. Exercise can stimulate growth as long as it is not "overdone" and a healthy drug free lifestyle also comes with numerous growth cycle benefits.

This being said....if you have a healthy life style it will help you get as tall as it's programmed to be in your genetics but it won't make you a 5'10'' if it's written 5'4'' in your genetics.
