i was going about 55 miles when my rear tire locked up on me
what is the problem its a buick roadmaster96 its a rear wheel drive when i mash on the gas it doesnt move

I don't think it's a seized wheel bearing. It sounds more like the rear brake shoe has locked up on you. Check the brakes out. It is a common problem with brake shoes/pads that haven't been serviced correctly.

I'd bet you have a seized wheel bearing. In the future, make sure the bearings are packed with fresh grease when the brakes are done. Replace them all, as the others probably aren't much better.
Clicking sounds aren't normal.

most likely the hardware that holds the brakes together has come apart and locked the wheel.
i suspect you will have it towed to your local trusted garage.
most times you can purchase a hardware kit, machine grind ["turn" on a lathe] the drum and be back in business. sometimes you also have to purchase a set of shoes [1 set does both sides] no-one sells 1/2 a set, and the other side should at least be checked
good luck and please don't attempt any repairs on the side of the road, wait for a tow .
