Tough question! They'd probably be pretty evenly matched, if you consider the Force and magic to be the same thing.
I'd have to go with Darth Vader, however. While Voldemort knows magic, I'm guessing he doesn't have much in the way of non-magical fighting skills, whereas Lord Vader is a swordmaster. All it would take would be for Vader to break Voldemort's wand, and the fight would be over. Granted, on Voldemort's side, all it would take would be "Avada Kedavra," but one can dodge a spell.
Bottom line: Darth Vader.

Voldemort - the end of Star Wars depicts Darth Vader as being somewhat conformed, therefore having a semblence of good hiding in him somewhere. There's been no such signs of reformation from Voldemort. Besides, Voldemort's magic is a bit of a plus for him.

Maybe Darth Vader would win because he does have a little bit of good in him - and if you go by the theory that good always eventually overcomes evil.
We haven't got any evidence that there's any good in Voldemort. But maybe in the last book?

Vader would gain victory. Hocus Pocus is no match for the Force. All Vader would have to do is, pull the wand from Voldemort, snap it in half and then slash the wizard in half. Or choke him to death!

darth vader got a shiny stick that goes "zoom" and a few mind tricks... Voldemort can block those kinda things.
