In the present world situation of money minded, treacherous and terrorist people who do not have any human feeling, love or compassion ,among whom we are present, WE JUST EXIST NOT LIVE.

Both. At work..I mostly just exist. I exist to get through the day, and collect that pay check.
However, when I'm not at work, it's different. Then I'm doing things which are important to me, or things I need to do to keep my life as simple as possible.
You only get as much from life as you put into it. If you only feel that you're existing, then you need to find something you can be passionate about. Not necessarily over the top passionate, but more a sense of "hey..I did that" passionate.

well,i existed for years,then at age 36 i got a grip,and said it's time to change!(a bit like sandra dee song from grease!) i got a new career,lost my extra weight,now exercise regularly and have joined a writing group,as i love writing.thru that i have made new friends. i look back on my past,and am so glad i have moved on!. LIFE IS NOT A REHEARSAL!. i work with disabled people,and it made me realise how lucky i am just to be able to do simple things,such as go the bathroom on my own!. if you want to live,then do it...
Just want to say also that i had huge obstacles to overcome,before i made the changes,and i did it!.

Currently, just existing, here... Working on the living part. I think I'm definitely getting there. Hopefully you'll get there as well - and soon.
