Winter. Already the climate is cold and you will be sick and sneezing, coughing and have to lie down with head ache and fever.
Of course it may differ, since i live in a hot country which does not have a cold climate

b/c during the summer you can "burn it out" easier but the winter it's too cold to do that so you stay sicker longer

the summer, because you have a fever and it is hot outside, in the winter your fever gets reduced because the weather is cold.
