I have a friend and he says he's not attracted to me or doesn't feel that way about me (despite sleeping with me once) but I noticed that his pupils change dramatically in size when he looks at me, almost as though he's looking into the dark. This happens even in bright light. I looked it up and apparently it means they're attracted to you. Is this true? Does his pupil dilation actually mean anything?

Pupil dilates when more Adrenaline is secreted. This means he excited, angry, worried,or otherwise stimulated. Nothing clearly can be made out. But if he comes as close as to show his pupils he is having a message.

Pupil dilation is not a function that you can consciously control. Your pupils will dilate depending on how much light they're exposed to, if it's a lot of light they'll contract and get smaller, if it's very little light they'll dilate.

The situation you're describing could be that his eyes were exposed to a lack of light briefly such as some clouds passing across the sun briefly or a light dimming momentarily. Other than that, pupil dilation doesn't really mean one thing or another.

agreeeing with the first answer i also must add this: Pupil dilation in certain cases means either the person is lying or as the above stated light factor.
In cases where a person is lying a few things happen...stress level elevates causing higher pulse rate, pupil dilation in certain cases, sweat glands in even fewer cases are known to kick in.
hope this helps :D

It does not mean a thing without the rest of the package (demonstrations of affection, smiles, gifts, coyness)....the involuntaru¡y reflex of upil dilation, by itself, alone, does NOT mean more than that.....momentary pupil dilation.,..

Maybe you're dark inside. Maybe that's what he's attracted to in you. Try sleeping with him again, and repeat as often as he feels is necessary. . . .
