I feel a little difference near the knee portion . I feel more after I use my hands to release sperms .

See a couple of doctors. One, for your knee problem and the other for the mental problems you have. That way you will cover all bases and will be able to overcome your problems. Good luck.

At this age you have growing force of sperm within you but you have to be very scientific with its use.
Your masterbating practice has nothing to do with your knees problem.
It is mental block which you have made due to some peers telling that sperm loss gives body pain . here you complain of knee . some boys feel black rounds around eyes.
do not worry. but avoid masturbating.
go with girlfriend and you will have better channel to release your sperms and more comfortable one . your health will improve..
if you are without gf find and till that you store your sperm within avoid hand practice. at the most you will have wet dreams but do not degrad yourself.

See a doctor, general practitioner.
Make sure you both have a language in common that can be used. This way you will not have any misunderstanding.
