Nederlands.
(As the official name of the country in Nederland!)
For English speaking people the word Dutch is also accepted.

For things particular to the provinces of Noord Holland and Zuid Holland or from time when the then country was called Holland the word is Hollands.

It depends on what it is.
We call cheese a cheese.

But if you are referring to origin indicating names :

Dutch , Nederlands, Made in Holland, are acceptable.
