There is a lot on Kedzie and Lawrence, try that area, you'll find everything.

There's a Devon Avenue located north west of the city of Chicago...

Devon ave is 6400 block north in the city. It runs from the lake to O'hare airport. area. The indian area of devon starts at Western ave and goes to California ave. Where it turns into more Russian and Jewish neighborhood, and that goes to about Kedzie ave

Devon avenue is 7200 north and runs from the lakefront west thru the city to just about O'Hare airport....the area I believe you are interested in is around Kedzie Avenue which is an Indian/Pakistan ethnic area

The area you are talking about is Devon around Western Avenue to Kedzie....very full of Indians and Pakistanis....
