I dont think it only makes young people have sex. i think it makes all people have sex.

i think we are so oversexed in this coutnry that it really strip away the sacredness of sex. we are constantly sold sex in advertisements, movies, music, art. Its so overwhelming. i dotn know if there is just more access to information but it seems like there are a lot more people getting in trouble for this sort of thing. I thnk that having so much sexual expose has two effects. 1. it makes it easier to cheat because temptation is everywhere. 2. since peopel are so desensitized to regualar sex cause we see it all the time, they seek more adventurous forms of pleasure. some of them very dangerous or perverted.

i am somewhat traditional i have learned, i think , that we must keep in mind that this action leads to the creation of a new human being and i htink it should be done with love. iot is so sacred and divine! we should cherish it.

i also think it should be done in a monogomas marriage for the sake of the children. and for the sake of the adults.

however i think we must be shown examples inthe media of sucessful marriages. and how to make it work. how to stay excited about each other and why it is important too.

sex is

Yeah.. there was a judge in England that gave a paedophile 4 months for raping a 10 year old girl twice because the girl was "dressed provocatively" (she was wearing a frilly bra and a thong).

But in the 90's we had the Spice Girls with Baby Spice working the lolita look. Britney Spears also did the whole "Hit Me Baby One More Time" in a school girl's outfit. Creepily Nikki Webster (the 10 year old girl who sung the national anthem in the Sydney Olympics) did a sexy shoot in a lads magazine when she was 18.

We are taught to behave sexy and desirable at a young age. This is from our surrounding idols. There are happy slapping parties (where you go basically go around having sex with as many people as possible) for people as young as 11, with people as young as 14 going around raping people. It's a bit disturbing.

As time goes by it is no longer desirable to behave completly like a child. Look at the so-called sophisti-kids. Kids who drink lattes and eat sushi at the age of 8.

To be honest, there's more to life than going around looking like you're dying to give some guy a bl0w j0b. Let those kids be kids. Stop selling bras and thongs for 8 year olds.

NO not at all.

It's parents abdicating their responsibility and using such as an excuse because the parent themselves haven't done their job that causes children to make bad decisions.

If the mass media were to blame, we would have no child not pregnant by the age of 13 or no child not on drugs or raping and killing.

The movies and concerts and dirty literature is a constant. All children have access.

The inconstant in the above is the parent(s). some take their job seriously, others could care less.

Sexual perversion and nudity instigate sexual perversion because the mind of the young are not yet mature to know the intricacies and effects of sex life. Thus, mass media must be responsible enough not to expose the children to this predicament.

ya it's obvious that mass media is the only one to responsible to encourage young people to become sexually active.

Yes, unfortunately.

Parents should know what their kids are watching on TV and have frank discussions with their kids. It is up to parents instill good values into their kids. There are decent shows on TV and there are lots of things you can do together as a family.

Of course it does. Media images can trigger anything.
You see a puppy & want to hold it.
You see chocolate & you want some.
You see photos of Hawiia & you want to go there.

So...figure it out.
