Fiddler on the Roof-
It's the best because, not only are all the songs great and memorable, but it's funny and poignant and so like many aspects of my own family. My grandfather, also, immigrated to America back in the early 1900's, because of the pogroms in Russia. He came here a poor man and had to work hard to make it and raise a family.
My dad broke "TRADITION" and married a Gentile, whom the rest of his family eventually came to love very much.
I never get tired of watching that movie... and I still remember going to see it at the theater in 1971, when it first came out. I was 10 years old.

Wag the Dog -- because during a rerun on TV people could not tell if the interrupting news of the Gulf war was part of the movie or not...

Brokeback Mountain....bc its one of the most believable love stories (as in chemistry btwn actors, and isn't sappy and 'fairy tale' like)
Not to mention the amount of symbolism, imagery, etc in every single scene....not one minute of screen time was wasted, everything had a hidden meaning. I catch new things everytime I watch it, and trust me...that has been quite a few times.

Labyrinth.
Just because it is such a classic, iconic film. Very well made and the special effects were way beyond its time. Excellent cast and soundtrack, and it's my personal favourite movie.
