Hello Mate,
If you have mozilla firefox you can download an ADDON that downloads ANY embedded file (well most and for this site). Type into Google: Add-on DownloadHelper. It tells you how to use it too. Hope this helps you out.
ps: if you are trying to download it and burn a dvd it is a FLV file so you can download a converter called: Riva FLV Encoder. It will convert it to AVI as long as you put .avi instead of .flv on the OUTPUT file.
